Please note that UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as delivery traveling days. Additionally, your order will typically not ship out the day you place the order. We always work to get everything carefully boxed up and on its way as soon as possible, which is most often the day after you order.

We offer several shipping methods.
A. Economy Shipping - This method is only available for packages weighing under nine (9lbs). Time in transit can vary between 3 and 8 business days. This shipping method is provided by US Postal.
B. UPS General Gound - Please use the above UPS map for time in transit from our location to yours. Your package could take between 1 and 5 business days.
C. UPS 3 Day Select Your package will leave our warehouse within 24hrs during regular business operations. UPS does not count the day you placed your order as a day in transit.
D. UPS 2nd Day Air Your package will not ship out the day you placed your order unless you contact us before 3PM EST. Time in transit begins the day after placing your order.
E. UPS Next Day Air Your package will not ship out the day you placed your order unless you contact us by phone before 3PM EST. If you do not contact us for this service, your order will ship the next business day.
F. Military Orders - All packages shipping to a Military address will ship out using US Postal. Your package could take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please choose the Military Service option.
G. UPS To Canada - When choosing to ship your package to Canada, please be advised, once your package arrives to your country, your country will collect duties and taxes before delivering to you.
1.) Any order placed after 8am EST will not ship out until the following business day. There may be an extra day in processing during the Holiday season.
2.) In the summer months chocolates do not ship out of Thursdays or Fridays.
3.) When choosing next day air or second day air, please remember the day you place your order does not count as a day in travel. If you placed a next day air order on Friday, this will not ship out until the next business day, which would be Monday.
4.) If you need your package to arrive on a Saturday, you must call us for this service. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a delivery day unless you call us for Saturday service.

Does Blair Candy offer free shipping?
While we would love to send your sweets out free of a shipping charge, as a small, family owned and operated company we are simply unable to 'eat' the shipping costs. That said, many other companies who do offer free shipping actually work the cost of that shipping into the product price of every item on their site. Please compare our prices to those who claim to offer free shipping, and we're confident you'll find we're almost always the lowest!
We believe in transparency and honesty; we will never inflate our prices to offer 'free shipping' as we feel that would be a lie. Additionally, we do not inflate our shipping charges to try to make additional profits. While we might wish we could control shipping costs, these prices are set by UPS, FEDEX and the US Postal Service. Shipping costs are automatically generated from these companies on our website and calculated by the weight of your order from point A to B.
Does Blair Candy charge a handling fee of any kind?
Absolutely not! Carefully packaging your order and sending it on its way is part of our job, and we don't think you should have to pay extra for an essential step in shopping with us online!
How fresh is your candy?
Blair Candy guarantees only the freshest stock available. Life is too short to eat stale candy!
We are sorry, but for simple health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund unless it is damaged in transit. However, we understand that there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a question regarding a return, please give us a call to see how we can help you.
If your package was sent back to us from UPS, we will investigate the reason with UPS and possibly refund you for the product costs minus a 20% restocking fee, but not the shipping fees.
As with anything, a mistake can happen. Please check your order within 48 hours. Any mistakes or damages not reported after 48 hours are no longer valid.
