UPS Shipping Time Table & Return Info

Due to the busy Holiday Season, your package could take an extra day to arrive! Please give yourself enough time in transit.

We are located and ship out of Pennsylvania – Click on the map to the left and review the shipping time table for general ground shipping to see how many days your package will take from our location to yours.
UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as delivery traveling days. Also the day you placed your order, it does not ship. Please review;


1.) Any order placed after 8am EST will not ship out until the following business day. There could be an extra day in processing during the Holiday season.
2.) When choosing next day air, or second day air, remember the day you place your order does not count as a day in travel. If you placed a next day air order on Friday, this will nt ship out until the next business day which would be Monday!
3.) If you need your package to arrive on a Saturday, you must call us for this service. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a delivery day unless you call us for Saturday service.

Blair Candy does not offer free shipping because there is no such thing!
We ask you to compare our prices against those who claim to offer you free shipping and you will notice they add the shipping costs into the price of "every item" in your order.
Blair Candy also does not charge a handling fee of any kind!
Blair Candy can not and does not control the shipping prices. These prices are set in stone by UPS, FEDEX or US Postal service. Shipping costs are automatically generated from these companies on our website and figured by the weight of your order from point A to B.

RETURNS:
We are sorry, but for simple health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit. Blair Candy guarantees only the freshest stock available. Now, even after stating that, we do make exceptions based on the situation. The best thing is to give us a call and find out how we can help you.
If your package was sent back to us from UPS, we will investigate the reason with UPS and possibly refund you for the product costs Minus a 10% restocking fee, but not the shipping fees.
As with anything a mistake can happen. Please check your order within 48 hours.
Any mistakes or damages not reported after 48 hours are no longer valid.
