How do I know if I qualify? / Where can I view your wholesale candy prices?
Do the items in your shopping cart reach a total of $250 or more; not including shipping? If so; contact us and we can give you access to our wholesale prices; viewable from the website.

How do I place my order?
Wholesale candy orders cannot be placed on the website; they must be phoned; faxed; or emailed. We will gladly help you during your call; but for your convenience; please have the item codes and quantities ready so that we may streamline the ordering process. The faster we can get your order to the warehouse; the sooner it can be shipped and delivered to you.

How do I pay for my wholesale order?
We accept Visa; MasterCard; America Express; and Discover. Unfortunately we do not offer any net-terms on wholesale orders or accept Purchase Orders. Also; on occasion we will accept a corporate check; bank check; or money order but approval must be acquired over the phone and the processing time will delay shipment of your order by at least a week.

How is my order shipped? / How is the shipping calculated?
All orders are shipped via UPS; with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. The shipping charge cannot be given at the time an order is placed in most cases. Shipping is calculated by UPS; taking the number of boxes; the weight of each box; and the distance those boxes are traveling.

A few things to note: Items that are out of stock will not be back ordered unless arranged at the time the order is placed. Backorders will incur their own shipping charge.
