Wholesale Candy Orders

How to Qualify:
You must call us to obtain a password to view our wholesale prices online, but first read the following information to see if you qualify!

Prices are subject to change at any time!

1.) To qualify for wholesale pricing your product total must be over $150.00 shipping costs are not included for qualification, but added to the order in the end.
2.) Wholesale orders can not be placed online
3.) Wholesale orders must be phoned, faxed, or emailed to us. wholesaleorders@blaircandy.com
4.) We offer two wholesale pricing structures: Price 2 is given to those customers spending over $500. Price 3 is given to customers spending over $150
5.) We do not fax our price list! We have over 5,000 items. We will gladly send you a hard copy if needed.

PAYMENT
1.) We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa only
2.) A full invoice will be packaged with your order, listing product cost and suggested retail
3.) On occasion we will accept a corporate check, bank check, or money order; but your order will not be processed or made until we have received payment and your check has been processed through our bank.


SHIPPING
1.) We ship all packages by UPS only.
2.) Shipping costs are figured after the order has been made, packaged, and then weighed.
3.) You will be emailed a UPS tracking number when your order has shipped.
4.) Most orders are shipped 24 hours after receiving, and payment has been verified.
5.) UPS does not ship on the weekends.
6.) We do not charge a handling fee.


FYI
1.) We do not ship backorders.
2.) Your charge card information is held in strict confidence and is only kept on file if you purchase from us on a regular basis.
3.) We DO NOT sell or distribute your information to anyone!
4.) Seasonal items sell out very fast.
5.) Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
6.) We do offer Ice Packs for shipping in warm weather or to warm climates, but we do not guarantee candy melting even when purchasing the ice packs.


Why Not?
1.) Candy is non returnable due to health laws, and is only returnable for damage after a UPS claims representive has reveiwed the case.
2.) We do not offer free shipping because of our already low pricing. We do not hide any shipping costs or handling fee’s into the product price like those offering the free service.
3.) We do not guarantee any candies shipped in warm weather or to warm climates, please use discretion when ordering candy that melts.
