  • Where are you located?

  • Do you have a retail/outlet store that I can visit?

    Yes, but there is only one physical Blair Candy Company. Which means that we do not have any other owned or affiliated locations except this one. Although with our address on the World Wide Web, we strive to bring the entrance of our hometown location to everyone.

  • Is there sales tax on my order?

    We must have your sales tax ID, otherwise you will be responsible for your state's resale taxes.

  • Do I get to speak to a real person if I call?

    Of course you do, but only after you go through our harmless phone system. To speed things along, the two extensions you want to try first are 202 (Pam) and then 216 (Vince). Our Phone lines are open Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST. If neither of these extensions is available, please press zero to be directed to the operator so that your call can be routed to an available person.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our physical location is open Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm EST, and Saturday 8am until 2pm, but our live chat is staffed 24/7. If we are unable to take your chat, please send us an email and someone will get back to you within a few hours.

  • How is my order packaged?

    Most, if not all orders are packaged in plain brown boxes. Unless the items that are ordered are close to a full case count, then the original box is then used. We package all orders with packing peanuts, air bags, and/or bubble wrap.

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we do ship to all military addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing an order for military, just select the APO/Military shipping option.

  • What are my shipping options?

    We normally ship all packages United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping options offered are Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    First we must ask, is there really such a concept as free shipping? Not really, and here is why. When you compare our prices to our competitors, you will find that we are lower. In most cases we are considerably lower which is why some companies can offer "free shipping". They make up the difference by charging you more on the products that you order. We try to keep all of our prices as low as possible and then calculate the shipping based on weight and distance. The price that UPS charges us to ship the products to our customers is the price that our customers pay. Also, there are no handling fees! (top)

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    The only form of online payment we accept is Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Do you accept personal checks or money orders?

    We are sorry to say, but we do not accept personal checks but we do accept money orders. When choosing to pay with a money order, we suggest placing your order from our website. Fill out all of the necessary fields and then go to the next page. After doing this and on the same page as the credit card form, you will see your complete total with shipping charges. Print out that page and send it to us along with a note and the money order for the total shown. Then cancel the online order.

  • What do I do if my package is damaged?

    In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, the first thing to do is give us a call. 800.698.3536 Once we have the specifics of your order and the damage, we can start the claims paperwork with UPS. Once this process is started, it usually takes only a day or two before we are able to either issue a credit or reship the product. All claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. You must save all boxes and take pictures to send us of the product damage and the outside of the box it arrived in.

  • What do I do if I have not received my order yet?

    If you feel that you should have received your order by now, wait one more day! UPS reserves themselves up until the end of the day to deliver your order. With each order that ships from our warehouse there is an e-mail sent to the address that is supplied when the order is placed. That e-mail contains the tracking number associated with your order. If you did not receive an e-mail a day or two after you placed your order, please e-mail or give us a call.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast order processing, all orders normally ship out the very next day, excluding weekends.

  • What is your policy of returns and refunds?

    We are sorry, but for simple health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit. Blair Candy guarantees only the freshest stock available. Now, even after stating that, we do make exceptions based on the situation.
    If your package was sent back to us for a reason such as you were not available to sign for the package, we will investigate with UPS why the package came back to us and possibly refund you the product price Minus a 10% restocking fee, but not the shipping fee. The best thing is to give us a call and find out how we can help you.

  • What do you do about shipping candy in the warm summer months?

    Even though we take great precaution when shipping your order, not even Blair Candy can control mother nature. Once your package leaves our warehouse, Blair Candy does NOT guarantee any candy, shipped in warm weather or to warm climates, from melting. We do offer Ice Packs to aid in the safe arrival of the candy, but still cannot control or guarantee that your package will not arrive melted.
